The villa backs onto one of the courses which is Villamartin Golf Course. The others are; Las Ramblas, Campoamar, La Finca, Lo Romero, La Marquesa, Vistabella Golf Courses, El Plantio, Font de Llop, Los Colinas

Our communal swimming pool less than 150 meters away, often features on 'Places in the Sun', as an outstanding example with a 25 meter pool, a paddling pool, showers & Toilets, picnic area, outdoor gym and play equipment even has it's own WiFi available. Accessed via a security key you will spend many hours here.
Beaches
16km of fine golden sandy beaches all within easy reach of the villa. You wont be disappointed.
Our nearest beaches are La Zenia & Cabo Roig, whilst there are many these are the closest which are a 10 minute drive.
